Sölden
The village in the Tyrolean Ötztal is particularly popular with winter sports enthusiasts. However, Sölden now also has a lot to offer in summer.
The gay scene in the state capital may be smaller than in Berlin or Cologne, but it won't disappoint. The highlights of the year are the Leder- und Fetischtreffen at the Starkbierfest in March, several street festivals in summer from June to August, the Christopher Street Day Parade in July, the enchanted Queer Film Weekend and the Rosa-Wiesn at the Oktoberfest in September and the Pink Christmas Market in December.
